Collection of Key Stage 4 public examination results

Year 11 GCSE and BTEC examination
Results are published on Thursday 20th August 2015 and will be available for collection from 9.00am to 11.00am in the Sports Hall
. Parents may collect results on behalf of students as long as suitable identification is provided, for example, a driving licence photo card or passport. It is not the case that students can collect results on behalf of their friends.

Year 11 students who have been offered a place in Blackfen School's Sixth Form must confirm in person that they will be taking up their place at our Sixth Form between 9am and 4pm on Thursday 20th August 2015.  Enrolment will take place when students confirm their places. You may have to wait to be seen and in some cases, students may need to return on the following day to enrol. Year 11 students have until 4pm on Thursday 20th August to confirm their acceptance to attend Blackfen School Sixth Form, otherwise their offer will be withdrawn.

Collection of Year 10 external Cambridge National results
All Year 10 students have taken the external ICT Cambridge National examination Unit R001. Their results can be collected either from 9.00am to 11.00am in the Sports Hall on Thursday 20th August 2015 or from the Examinations Office at the beginning of next term, in September.

Year 10 end-of-year internal examination results
Year 10 students will receive their end-of-year internal examination results on Thursday 3rd September, which is their first day in school as Year 11 students. Results will be presented in a special Year 11 Assembly, in envelopes which match the ‘real’ GCSE and BTEC results that will be awarded next August.  Students are in the fortunate position of being able to improve every grade attained, which we trust will motivate and focus their efforts at the beginning of Year 11!
