What have you achieved since leaving Blackfen School?: Since leaving Blackfen I have achieved an upper class degree in Marine Biology at the University of Portsmouth. I am planning on starting an internship specialising in Manta Ray and Turtle Ecology in September as well as a Masters Degree in the following January to research the link and between Politics and the effectiveness of Marine Protected Areas for marine wildlife.
What are your fondest memories of Blackfen School?: Seeing my friends every day, science lessons and the staff Christmas pantos. The teachers were always so supportive and encouraging me to achieve my best, which without them, I would not have had the opportunities available to me now.

What have you achieved since leaving Blackfen School?: I have just completed my 3 year teacher training university course. I have recently got my first ECT teaching job in a lovely primary school in Bexley.
What are your fondest memories of Blackfen School?: The amazing support of my teachers whilst completing my A Levels.

What have you achieved since leaving Blackfen School?: I have just graduated from Canterbury Christ Church University with a 1st class Law LLB degree
What are your fondest memories of Blackfen School?: One of my fondest memories was our Year 10 school trip to Spain and making friends for life!

What have you achieved since leaving Blackfen School?: Completed a BA (Hons) in Drama and Theatre Arts at Goldsmiths University of London.
What are your fondest memories of Blackfen School?: Assisting in dance clubs and performing in showcases. The friends I made who I continue to speak and work with today.

What have you achieved since leaving Blackfen School? I have just finished my university degree studying Paediatric nursing. I achieved a first-class honours degree and have a job lined up in the A+E department of a local hospital.
What are your fondest memories of Blackfen School?: All of the teachers encouraging me to keep going and doing the best I can and the friendships I made.

What have you achieved since leaving Blackfen School?: I graduated from Ravensbourne university with a first class degree in editing and post-production. I now work for a creative video production company in London. I have edited my first TV commercial for Freeview.
What are your fondest memories of Blackfen School?: The teachers that enabled my creativity and encouraged me to go to university even if I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do after school.

What have you achieved since leaving Blackfen School?: I completed an apprenticeship within an Estate Agency and following this, I continued working there and currently study Law in the evenings. I obtained work experience in Solicitor’s firms and Barrister’s chambers and have been offered both Training Contracts and Pupillages beginning in 2023.
What are your fondest memories of Blackfen School?: The funny and practice lessons and spending quality time with friends.

What have you achieved since leaving Blackfen School?: I have since graduated from the University of Kent with an Upper Second-Class Honours in Law and Criminology.
What are your fondest memories of Blackfen School?: I miss Blackfen and have made so many memories there over the years. My fondest memories are Sixth Form prom, school trips and, of course, the support from all the teachers. I have also made friends for life who I will cherish forever.

What have you achieved since leaving Blackfen School?: Since leaving Blackfen, I have fulfilled my dream and achieved a Second Class Honours, Bachelor of Science Degree in Midwifery and a qualification as a registered Midwife. In October 2021 I started my first job as a Midwife at Princess Royal University Hospital, where I trained. I have delivered beautiful babies and worked during a global pandemic.
What are your fondest memories of Blackfen School?: I have so many fond memories of Blackfen. After spending 7 years of school life there I never thought I’d be where I am today. I have made forever friends, was pushed to fulfil my dream job and have the teachers to thank for getting me through.

What have you achieved since leaving Blackfen School?: 2:1 degree in Political Science from Portsmouth University.
Campaign manager of a small amateur environmental campaign in Portsmouth, with a team of 5 people, and interviewees such as the leader of Portsmouth Council and parliamentary election candidates.
What are your fondest memories of Blackfen School?: Interactions with teachers mostly, every one of them was understanding.

Subjects I studied at Blackfen School: At GCSE Level I studied Economics, Geography, Citizenship, Art, Triple Science, Maths and English. I also studied Economics, Media and Sociology at A-level.
What have you achieved since leaving Blackfen School?: I completed my Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship and now work in a local Secondary school. I really enjoy my job and the people I work with. I am looking forward to what the future holds, whether it is in my current position or a new one.
What are your fondest memories of Blackfen School?: I enjoyed the school trips throughout my years at Blackfen and I really appreciate the support from all the teachers who taught me and helped me out when I needed it.
