outside school
Our students have access to a range of extra-
curricular activities and individual music tuition
and sporting activities take place daily. Our library
nurtures popular reading groups and hosts our
daily homework club. Visits in the form of both
day trips and residential trips develop students’
talents outside the classroom. Students can
choose to participate in the successful Duke of
Edinburgh awards programme, can be culturally
developed through trips to Rome, Amsterdam, New
York and Madrid or can take part in our annual
visit to our partner school in India. A challenge
day programme runs throughout the year, securing
experience in different learning contexts both on
site and further afield. Our popular student choice
days at the end of the year offer further enrichment
opportunities for our young people.
