Year 9 parents and carers should complete the form below by Wednesday 6th March 2024 to show their selection of Key Stage 4 courses.
Please refer to page 8 of the Key Stage 4 Course Selection booklet, if you need to check which subject combinations are not allowed. Alternatively, you may wish to look at the PowerPoint in the Assembly presentation, which can be found in the Year 9 Teams room

Select FOUR subjects from the list below in order of preference (Choice 2 is your favourite, Choice 3 is your next favourite and so on). Choice 5 is your back-up or ‘spare’ subject. You must be ready to study Choice 5, if directed. We try to guarantee Choice 1 and Choice 2, and two out of either Choice 3 or Choice 4 or Choice 5.
