Subjects I studied at Blackfen School: Psychology (A), Law (B) and History (C).

What have you achieved since leaving Blackfen School?: In my time since leaving the sixth form, I have written articles for national news publishers, worked and campaigned tirelessly for mental health charities, won a Mind Media Award for a documentary I featured in, consulted for media outlets all over the world and have been back to the sixth form to talk to the next generation of students about their mental health. I have achieved all of these things and more without having ever attended university or attaining a degree.

What are your fondest memories of Blackfen School?: Going to the cafe on my frees for hash browns, being 'crowned' Head Boy by my peers and the staff, the friends I made, the laughs we had, Psychology lessons with Smith and Purbrick (the best teachers) and the thrill of finding a parking space in the morning, even though I lived close enough to walk (if you've got it, flaunt it)!
