Actual Salary including Outer London Allowance: £17,933.02 to £18,919.48
Blackfen School is a progressive and vibrant learning community that focuses on raising the aspirations and releasing the potential of every young person in our care. In 2019, 60% of students in year 11 achieved five or more GCSE 9-4 grades, including at least a 4 in English and a 4 in Mathematics. Our Progress 8 score was 0.018. At A level in 2019, 96% of the grades were A*-E with 30% at A*-B and 63% at A*-C. Similarly, high levels were achieved in Level 3 BTEC qualifications.
Under the arrangements for Summer 2021 examinations, students in Years 11 and 13 continued to make very good progress.
Our flourishing Sixth Form offers a wide range of courses at A and A2 level, as well as vocational level 2 and 3 courses.
Our Governors want to appoint an experienced, confident and reliable Inclusion Officer who will join our Student Welfare Department.
- Candidates will need very good literacy, numeracy and ICT skill.
- Be an excellent communicator.
- Has excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience of working in a secondary school is preferred.
Candidates will need to be available to work from 8.30am until 3.30pm each day.
Successful Candidate will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Check.
